Katie has an extensive background in high-level athletics, having participated in multiple sports growing up. Softball ultimately became her primary sport, leading to multiple collegiate scholarship opportunities in the United States. She went on to compete internationally as a member of the Czech Women’s National Softball Team from 2017–2023. Her experiences as both an athlete and competitor at the elite level have shaped her understanding of performance, injury recovery, and the physical and mental demands of sport. Since retiring from competitive softball, Katie has remained actively involved in the athletic community through coaching and mentorship.
As a physiotherapist, Katie is passionate about motivating and supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey to help them achieve their personal goals. Drawing from her athletic background and personal experiences with injury, she takes a holistic, movement-based approach to treatment that emphasizes long-term recovery, resilience, and performance optimization. She believes in creating individualized treatment plans that empower patients through education, active rehabilitation, and collaborative care.
Outside of the clinic, Katie enjoys staying active and embracing the same healthy lifestyle she encourages in her patients. She has most recently enjoyed running and completed her second half marathon in May 2026. She also enjoys hiking, weight training, and getting lost in a good book. Above all, Katie can’t live without her daily coffee and appreciates the balance that movement, community, and wellness bring to everyday life.
Whether working with athletes, active individuals, or those recovering from everyday injuries, Katie is committed to helping her clients move confidently, return to the activities they enjoy, and achieve lasting results.
