Our Longevity Lounge is designed as a sanctuary for both body and mind — a place where every detail has been thoughtfully curated to help you restore, recharge, and thrive. To ensure your visit is seamless and rejuvenating, we’ve answered some of our most frequently asked questions below.
1. What should I bring or wear?
We recommend a bathing suit or comfortable athletic wear suitable for heat and water therapy. Please bring clean flip-flops as outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the lounge. Should you forget, we provide complimentary slippers for your use.
2. Do I need to bring a towel?
No need — we provide fresh, plush towels, along with cool eucalyptus-infused face towels for a refreshing finish to your experience.
3. Can I wear jewelry during my session?
For your comfort and to protect your valuables, we encourage you to leave all jewelry at home. Heat, cold, and water may affect metals and stones.
4. How long is a typical session?
Most sessions range from 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the package you select.
5. Is there anything I should avoid before coming?
We recommend avoiding alcohol or heavy meals prior to your session. Staying well hydrated both before and after is essential.
6. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to adjust your time, you may reschedule up to three hours before your session.
7. What should I know about memberships?
Our memberships include exclusive pricing, priority booking, and the ability to pause your membership once per year for up to one month. Membership cancellations require 30 days’ notice.
8. Do you offer group bookings?
Yes, we welcome group experiences for up to 10 guests. To arrange a private group booking, please contact us directly by phone or email so we can reserve your session.
9. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, advance reservations are strongly recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
10. What age do you need to be to use the lounge?
The Longevity Lounge is reserved for guests 16 years and older. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
11. Can I use the lounge if I’m pregnant or have a medical condition?
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or other health concerns, please consult your physician prior to booking your session.
12. Do you provide lockers or storage?
Yes, secure storage is available, though we recommend bringing only what you need to fully enjoy your session.
13. Can non-members book the lounge?
Absolutely — the Longevity Lounge is open to both LIFT members and non-members. Members enjoy preferred pricing and exclusive benefits.
