Connor is a personal trainer at LIFT who believes strength is the foundation of a body that performs, recovers, and lasts.


His approach is rooted in helping people move better, get stronger, and stay pain free through a combination of functional strength training, mobility work, and individualized programming. Whether working with athletes pushing for higher performance or individuals navigating injury and everyday demands, Connor focuses on building bodies that are not only capable but resilient.


At the core of his coaching is the belief that training should support your life, not break your body down. Every program is designed with intention, meeting clients where they are and guiding them toward long term strength, confidence, and health.
