LIFT Fitness & Physiotherapy – Corporate Pricing Policy
At LIFT Fitness & Physiotherapy, we are committed to making health and wellness accessible to businesses and their employees. Our Corporate Access & VIP Experience offers discounted pricing for groups of five (5) or more employees from the same workplace.
Corporate Membership Terms & Conditions
Minimum Employee Requirement – To qualify for corporate pricing, a minimum of five (5) employees from the same workplace must be actively enrolled in a corporate package.
Verification Process – Employers or employees may be required to provide verification of workplace affiliation upon enrollment.
Billing Adjustments – If the minimum requirement of five (5) employees is not met or maintained, the standard individual rate will apply. Any pricing difference will be automatically adjusted in the following month’s billing cycle.
Notification & Responsibility – It is the responsibility of the corporate group members to ensure the minimum requirement is met. If the required number of employees is not sustained, all affected members agree to the updated pricing structure without additional notice.
Payment & Charges –The first month's payment is due upfront in full at the time of registration.After the first month, payments are charged every Sunday in equal quarter installments based on the total plan cost.If corporate eligibility is lost due to a drop below five (5) employees, the updated rate difference will be reflected in the following month's billing cycle and divided accordingly into the weekly payments.
Cancellation & Modifications – Any changes to corporate group memberships, including employee withdrawals or additions, should be reported to LIFT Fitness & Physiotherapy as soon as possible to avoid unexpected billing changes.
By selecting the Corporate Membership Plan, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy, including any necessary billing adjustments should the minimum participant requirement not be met.
